Will my card be blocked if social payments stop?

No. The card keeps working as a regular bank card until it expires. Social payments will no longer come to it.

Which banks serve the Baraka card? Can I use it at other banks?

Any bank can take payments with your card. Other services are given by the bank that issued your card and by an “Inson” centre.
