Before you confirm, the recipient's full name appears on the screen. A completed transfer cannot be cancelled, so check the details carefully.
SIM card protection
If the phone number or SIM card linked to your account changes, outgoing transfers and payments are paused for 24 hours. This protects your money from fraudsters. You can still see your balance.
